Dr. Binkley is an experienced fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in shoulder disorders with expertise specifically in shoulder arthroplasty, shoulder arthroscopy including rotator cuff repairs, shoulder fractures, upper extremity trauma, and general orthopedic injuries. He can be found on staff at UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, serving patients at the offices in Buffalo (Erie County Medical Center) and Orchard Park (BrookBridge) in New York.

Alongside his clinical role, Dr. Binkley serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo. He is also an attending physician at ECMC Hospital in Buffalo, New York.
In addition to serving on the faculty of the 2020 AAOS Massive Rotator Cuff Tears Course, he has written extensively and presented his research frequently.
A 2001 graduate of the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, Dr. Binkley went on to complete his residency in orthopaedic surgery within the Department of Orthopaedics at the University at Buffalo in 2016. A year later, he completed his shoulder & elbow fellowship at Johns Hopkins University.
In order to stay up to date in his field, he remains an active member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the New York State Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
