Michelle Antolik, a top nurse at the Arizona Department of Child Safety Comprehensive Health Plan (CHP), is profoundly impacting their youth’s lives.  With over three decades of experience in the nursing field, Antolik has established herself as a leader and strong patient advocate who prioritizes the quality of life for those she serves.

Antolik earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2010, building upon her foundation with a Registered Nurse Diploma from Shadyside School of Nursing in 1992. Her extensive education includes completing Brighton College’s Legal Nurse Consulting program in 2018.  Her training has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of patient needs, allowing her to deliver exceptional care in her Behavioral Health Utilization Management and Acute Rehab Nursing specialties.  Over the years, she has honed her skills in communication, safety, and trust—core values that define her approach to patient interactions.

In recognition of her dedication and contributions to the nursing profession, Antolik was awarded the prestigious “Nurse of the Year” accolade by the Continental Who’s Who Registry of National Business Leaders in November 2017. This honor reflects her commitment to excellence and her leadership role within the healthcare community.

Antolik is not only a nurse but also a passionate advocate for mental health awareness. She is an active member of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and the Arizona Nurses Association, where she engages with fellow professionals to promote best practices and advance the field of nursing. Her involvement in these organizations showcases her dedication to continual learning and professional development, as well as her commitment to supporting her peers in delivering high-quality care.
