Her acclaimed career in medicine began after she received her education and training at the University of Texas at Houston and MD Anderson Cancer Center. She then completed her training in interventional radiology at Yale New Haven Hospital, with some of the world’s leading experts in prostate artery embolization.
Wholeheartedly caring for the patient as a whole, Dr. Maneevese is currently one of only a few female providers of uterine artery embolization (UAE) in all of Texas and the only female provider of UAE in Houston. She is also an active member of the Harris County Medical Society.
Interventional radiology is a medical specialization that involves performing a range of imaging procedures to obtain images of the inside of the body.
