Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Clark-Gold brings advanced training, academic distinction, and a passion for full-mouth rehabilitation to serve patients in the South Lake Minnetonka area.

Dr. Clark-Gold received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2021, earning several notable accolades along the way. Following graduation, he was accepted into the University of Minnesota’s Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics, where he completed a rigorous three-year residency, served as Chief Resident, and earned a Master of Science (MS) for his research on implant abutment screw mechanics.

Prosthodontics is a dental specialty focusing on the restoration and replacement of teeth to maintain oral function, comfort, health, and aesthetics. Dr. Clark-Gold is expertly trained in the diagnosis, planning, and execution of treatments including dentures, fixed prosthetics, dental implants, esthetics, and digital dentistry. With his addition, Facial Designs expands its offering to include evidence-based full-mouth reconstruction and smile design, supporting patients facing severe tooth loss or damage.

At the Minnetonka office, Dr. Clark-Gold works alongside board-certified oral surgeon Dr. Rod VanSurksum and a multidisciplinary team. Together, they deliver integrated care—from All-On-X same-day implants to bone grafting and zygomatic implant procedures—employing cutting-edge digital tools to tailor treatment plans to each patient’s unique anatomy and functional needs.

Dr. Clark-Gold studied biology at Carroll College, where he also played collegiate golf and piano in the campus band. His early work as a dental assistant helped solidify his path in dentistry.
