Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Mary University in 2007, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Kaplan University in 2014. In 2020, she achieved her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Currently, she practices at Watertown Regional Medical Center, where she plays a pivotal role in the cardiac catheterization lab, float pool, and nursing education.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Nicole serves as the Director of RN-to-BSN Completion Programs and Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee School of Nursing. In this role, she has been instrumental in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals by imparting her expertise in competency-based education.
