Furthermore, Dr. Siegal has presented her research annually at national Neuroscience, Ophthalmology, and Oculoplastics meetings over the last 15 years. She has authored/co-authored over 30 abstracts and peer-reviewed publications and written several textbook chapters.
Oculofacial plastics is a specialized form of surgery that focuses on aesthetic and reconstructive aspects of the face, eyelids, brows, orbital bones, tear duct system, and nose. There are only about 800 U.S. physicians that specialize in this field.
