Back in 1992, Dr. Bilbool earned her medical degree from the University of Tel-Aviv Sackler School of Medicine. She then went on to complete her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in 1996. Finally, she completed her fellowship in interventional pain medicine at the Pacific Pain Treatment Center under the guidance of Dr. Elliot Krames in 2008.
Recognized as a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, the doctor is board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR). The mission of the ABPMR is to serve the public by improving the quality of patient care in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). This is accomplished through a process of certification and maintenance of certification that fosters excellence and encourages continuous learning.
In good standing with a number of professional organizations, Dr. Bilbool is an active member of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Medicine. Dr. Bilbool is also actively engaged in research in the field of regenerative medicine and has published a number of article on this topic.
