She has been certified as a Urologic Nurse Practitioner. To stay up to date in her field she remains a professional member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Colorado Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and the Society of Urologic Nurses and Associates.
