He was then recruited back to the University of Utah, where he joined the faculty of the School of Medicine as an Adjunct Associate Professor.
Upon arrival at the University of Utah School of Medicine, he brought with him new techniques in facial plastic surgery that had not previously been performed in Utah or the Intermountain West, including advanced techniques in rhinoplasty, facelift, blepharoplasty, reconstruction after skin cancer removal, facial trauma, and the treatment of patients with facial paralysis.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the doctor is board-certified in otolaryngology by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, which serves the public by ensuring that diplomates meet the standards of training, knowledge, and professionalism through initial and continuing certification.
