A 1971 graduate of the University of Athens – School of Health Sciences, Dr. Maistros relocated to the United States to further his training. He completed his residency in neurology at Kaiser Foundation Hospital.
Before long, the doctor became board-certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting high-quality patient care for the public through the initial and continuing certification of psychiatrists and neurologists.
