She has been involved as the clinical psychologist for the Developmental Behavioral Pediatric Fellowship program and then the RRC mandated Developmental Behavioral Pediatric rotation since 1987 and as a senior clinical psychologist for the Riley Child Development Center Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities Program since 1992. As a preceptor at the MSA 1 resident continuity clinics, she has promoted developmental and mental health screening and focused on increasing residents’ interviewing and counseling skills.Dr. Sullivan holds an expertise in Psychoeducational Assessment, Developmental Screening, Developmental Delays, Developmental Disabilities, and Learning Disabilities.

Dr. Sullivan completed her undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1973. Furthering her education she graduated with a Master of Science and PhD in Clinical Psychology from Purdue University in 1975 and 1978 respectively.
