With over two decades of experience in providing personalized care, Dr. Arcedo is affiliated with EmergeOrtho, seeing patients at their offices in Brier Creek, Durham and Raleigh, North Carolina. A Physiatrist, he specializes in the outpatient management of musculoskeletal disorders, focusing on spine rehabilitation, sports medicine, electrodiagnostic medicine, and occupational medicine.
Since beginning his practice in 2002, he has been dedicated to helping his patients relieve pain and improve their overall quality of life. His patient centered approach, combined with his extensive knowledge, allows him to create tailored treatment plans that address each individual’s unique needs.
Throughout his academic career, Dr. Arcedo earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Baylor University College of Medicine in Houston. He further honed his skills with a fellowship in electrodiagnostic medicine and sports medicine at Michigan State University.
This robust educational background equips him with the expertise to effectively manage a variety of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to: back pain, neck pain, joint pain, herniated discs, sciatica, spinal stenosis, chronic low back and neck pain, complex regional pain syndrome/reflex sympathetic dystrophy, chronic myofascial pain, failed back syndrome, and chronic headaches.
