Dr. Saadat is double board-certified in the field of obstetrics and gynecology, specializing in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Throughout his career, he has aimed to help individuals and couples of all backgrounds achieve their family goals using the latest fertility treatments and procedures. He continues to contribute to the medical community through his involvement in research studies aimed at improving pregnancy rates through the use of fertility treatments.

Under his guidance, Reproductive Fertility Center continues to offer services to people who may have been turned away from other clinics. The Center’s philosophy is to care for the whole patient, thereby reducing the impact that treatment has on everyday life. Located in West Hollywood, California, Reproductive Fertility Center offers comprehensive fertility treatments for both men and women, including IVF, egg donor cycles, surrogacy options, fertility preservation, and more.

With his wide range of knowledge and expertise, Dr. Saadat’s current areas of interest include management of advanced infertility issues, with treatments including IVF, fertility surgery, same sex family building, recurrent miscarriage, egg donation, surrogacy cycles, intrauterine insemination, as well as gonadotropins and other agents. His practice also focuses on treating endocrine disorders, which include polycystic ovarian syndrome and prolactinomas. 

A Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG), Dr. Saadat is a member of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the Pacific Coast Fertility Society. He earned his medical degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California in 1996. Thereafter, he went on to complete his residency in obstetrics and gynecology with a subspecialty fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the same university. “I come from a long line of doctors in my family and I saw how they were helping other people, which got me interested in going into medicine. Later, when I was doing my OB/GYN residency, I saw how happy the people that used fertility treatment were when they became pregnant. So, I decided that this was the field I wanted to go into” as stated by Dr. Saadat. 

Reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) is a surgical subspecialty of obstetrics and gynecology that trains physicians in reproductive medicine addressing hormonal functioning as it pertains to reproduction as well as the issue of infertility. As a reproductive endocrinologist, Dr. Saadat is trained in providing fertility treatments using assisted reproductive technologies (ART) such as in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and egg freezing. He attributes his success to treating his patients as individuals. 

Dr. Saadat was born in Tehran, Iran, and immigrated to the United States when he was 13 years old. He is married to Shohreh Saadat and has two children of whom he is very proud and loves dearly. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family by going on family trips together. His favorite professional publication is the Fertility and Sterility Journal.
