Outpatient Joint Replacement Center of America is the Southeast’s premier provider for outpatient total knee and hip replacement. With a special interest in outpatient joint replacement, Dr. Clifford’s passion led him to Tampa, where he opened his private practice with the plan to deliver the best of care to patients needing hip and knee replacement surgery.
