Get to know Family Nurse Practitioner, Rachel Goelz, who serves patients in Racine, Wisconsin. 

Rachel, a family nurse practitioner, has over 15 years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting, providing nursing care to diverse populations including orthopedics, general surgery, urology, neurosurgery, stroke care, and many other types of medical-surgical patients. Among her academic appointments, she serves as a Nursing Instructor at Gateway Technical College.

A Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) provides continuing and comprehensive healthcare for the individual and family across all ages, genders, diseases, and body systems.
