A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biochemistry with honors, Dr. Pham furthered his education at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Case Western Reserve University MetroHealth St. Luke’s Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio, followed by a fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at the University of Oklahoma. His remarkable journey has led him to become the first Vietnamese-American inducted into the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
