She currently practices within her private practice St. Mary’s Neurology Center and is affiliated with Florida Hospital Tampa and St. Joseph’s Hospital where she holds an expertise in diseases of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and muscles. She then completed her Neurology residency with the University of Illinois at Chicago where she was named Chief Resident and was a recipient of the Resident Fellowship Award. Furthering her training she completed her Clinical Neurophysiology and Electrodiagnostic Medicine Fellowship with the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Kavilaveettil holds over two decades of experience in her field.
