Eileen Ramos currently practices as data analytics manager for the Vascular Quality Initiative registry at Wake Med Health & Hospitals, where she has been practicing for over two decades, and holds over three decades of experience in the nursing field. Additionally she is the data manager for the NCDR PVI Registry.

Eileen graduated with her Bachelor of Nursing and certification as a Registered Nurse from Thiel College in 1987. She holds the HACP advanced Nursing certification which is the only national professional credential solely dedicated to demonstrating competency in the CMS survey and certification process. She holds an expertise in SICU, MICU, Telemetry/Step down, O.R. nursing, Perianesthesia nursing, CV surgery, Cardiothoracic surgery, Cardiac Catheterization Lab /Electrophysiology Lab post procedure, and Endoscopy. She has also assisted in the development of school nursing programs in South America. Eileen was specifically chosen to care for the first patient to receive a carotid artery stent radial approach.
To stay up to date in her field she remains a professional member of the American Nurses Association.
