Kristi completed her undergraduate degree from Spring Arbor University where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in 1992. She furthered her education and graduated with a master of Science in 2002, from Capella University. In 2017 She attended ECPI University and graduated with her Nursing Degree, and is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
To stay up to date in her field, Kristi remains a professional member of the American Nurses Association. The American Nurses Association (ANA) is the premier organization representing the interests of the nation’s 4 million registered nurses. ANA is at the forefront of improving the quality of health care for all. Founded in 1896, and with members in all 50 states and U.S. territories, ANA is the strongest voice for the profession.
Kristi was a counselor for 20 years before changing careers. She was interested in forensic nursing but once she discovered dialysis nursing she found her new passion. She loves being able to give her patients life. She has a wonderful team at work that she attributes her success to. She is also thankful that her employer provides them with the tools and training to do their job and that they have a village philosophy.
When not working, she enjoys quilting, crocheting, and spend time with her family.
