Latashia graduated with her Nursing Degree and Associate’s Degree as a Registered Nurse from the Pensacola State College in 2002, giving her over two decades of experience in her field. Wanting to further her education she completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Grantham University in 2018.
In 2011 Latashia was awarded the Military Civil Service Nursing Metal, she has traveled around the world as a military nurse. To stay up to date in her field she remains a professional member of the Association of Womens Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses and the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. She holds an expertise in Labor and Delivery, High Risk OB, Internal Medical, and Family Health. She attributes her professional success to her great mentors and working with more seasoned nurses that were great patient advocates.
