Respected Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, Sheila C. Brown, MSN, RN will be Spotlighted in FindaTopDoc

FindaTopDoc is pleased to welcome Sheila C. Brown, MSN, RN to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the FindaTopDoc. Sheila C. Brown is an established Geriatric Nurse Practitioner currently maintaining a position with Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Featuring over two decades of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in medical/surgical oncology and nursing education.

Sheila’s career in nursing began in 1991, when she graduated with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Pursuing further education, she went on to earn her Master of Science Degree in Nursing with a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner concentration with Florida State University. Since graduating, Sheila has completed a number of advanced training courses, and she holds additional certifications in Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and IV Therapy.

Sheila is committed to keeping current with the new developments, guidelines, and procedures in nursing. For her excellence, she is the recipient of a Geriatric Nurse Award and Nurse Leadership Award, and she attributes her success to her compassion, motivation, seeing people enjoy life, and always giving her best. In her free time, Sheila enjoys being with her grandchildren, traveling, cruising, crafting, and attending church.
