Joyce Ellen Scott, RRT is a highly-trained and qualified Respiratory Therapist with expertise in all facets of her work. Joyce Ellen Scott has been practicing for more than 23 years and is a Respiratory Therapist at Prince George’s Hospital Center in Cheverly, Maryland. She is also affiliated to the George Washington University Hospital and the District of Columbia General Hospital.
Joyce Ellen Scott completed her training in 1995 at the University of the District of Columbia in Washington, D.C., becoming a Registered Respiratory Therapist. She is also a Certified Respiratory Therapist and further certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and is Neonatal Resuscitation Program certified.
With a wealth of experience to call upon, Joyce has provided respiratory therapy in the emergency room, trauma unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She is an active member of the American Association for Respiratory Care and says that her success is thanks to her love of what she does. When not working, Joyce enjoys swimming and dancing.
