Born in Spencer, Iowa, Dr. Seidler came to Texas and attended college at North Texas State University and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. Subsequently, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1984.
Among his professional dental affiliations, he is a member of the American Orthodontic Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Dallas County Dental Society, the Texas Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. He has served as the secretary for the Academy of General Dentistry in Dallas, Texas and as a peer review committee member with the Dallas County Dental Society.
Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.
Well known in the community, Dr. Seidler has ongoing involvement in many civic activities ranging from Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, City of the Colony Planning and Zoning, The Colony High School, national and local charity events, and community health fairs.
Happily married with three children, he and his family reside in The Colony/Frisco area. He is a member of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas. He takes an active role in his community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Lewisville United Way, and is a member of the Dallas Association for Decency.
