Windsor Gardens Care & Rehabilitation was the first location in the Windsor Healthcare portfolio. With a uniquely designed and recently refreshed building, it provides a wonderful environment for patients to get back on their feet, and has been serving the community since 1972 with a full range of nursing and rehabilitation services.

Born in Trench Town, Kingston, Jamaica, Dr. Clarke attended Trench Town Comprehensive High School and Kingston Technical High School. After migrating to the United States in 1987, he attended Seton Hall University, majoring in Mathematics and Actuarial Science. He later attended the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, completing his medical education and his residency in internal medicine.

Upon completing his education, he opened his private practice, East Orange Medical Practice, where he specialized in opiate addiction medicine until 2019.

The mission has been going to Jamaica since its formation and has gone to over 50 communities and seen and treated over 18,000 patients.

They have also performed life saving surgeries both in Jamaica and the United States free of cost to the patient and have gone on to adopt the Linstead Hospital in St. Catherine, Jamaica, presently trying to acquire much needed equipment and supplies to donate on a yearly basis.

Internal medicine is the medical specialty dealing with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Physicians specializing in internal medicine are called internists.
