Dr. Rothbard completed his undergraduate degree with a Bachelors of Arts from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York. Wanting to further his education he graduated in 1975 with his Medical Degree from the University Of Rochester School Of Medicine And Dentistry in New York, giving him over four decades of experience in his field. After obtaining his medical degree, Dr. Rothbard completed his internship and residency in internal medicine with New York-Presbyterian University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell. Wanting to further his experience he completed his fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease at the Strong Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Rothbard is tri-certified in Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He currently practices with Cardiology Consultants, and affiliated with the Memorial Hospital West. He is also currently serving as the Chief of Staff of the Florida Hospital Orlando Head of Cardiology. Dr. Rothbard is noted for his expertise in Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), High Cholesterol (Hypercholesterolemia), Unstable Angina, High Blood Pressure (Hypertension), and Heart Block.
