University of Iowa Health Care proudly honors Robin Enfield, RN, MSN, CNRN, SCRN, whose exceptional dedication has shaped advanced stroke and neurological patient care for over three decades as a Nurse Clinician at UIHC in Coralville.
Since joining UIHC in May 1989, Robin Enfield has been instrumental in advancing neuroclinical care and stroke recovery protocols. Her leadership in program development, staff mentoring, and clinical innovation has uplifted the team’s clinical standards, saving and improving countless patient lives across Iowa. Enfield’s certifications as a Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (CNRN) and Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) underpin her role as a cornerstone of neurovascular excellence at the institution.
Holding a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, Robin has contributed significantly to UIHC’s professional growth initiatives. She has spearheaded stroke care workshops, guided neuro-nursing orientation, and championed continuing education, ensuring all team members stay at the forefront of evidence-based neurological treatment.
Robin’s work extends beyond the clinical scope; her patient advocacy ensures empathetic, comprehensive care for families navigating complex neurological crises.
