Born and raised in Plainview, New York, he received his undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies from the State University of Buffalo and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2000. He did his residency at SUNY Downstate/ Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn and then joined Colacicco and Tulman in 2006. Since then, the practice has taken on a new name (All County Oral Surgery) and a new look.

He belongs to a number of organizations such as the Suffolk County Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the New York State Osteopathic Medical Society.
