In regards to her educational background, Dr. Massoodnia graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Washington.

Certified, she holds the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), a nationally recognized professional credential that represents a level of excellence in the field of Audiology (CCC-A) or Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).

A specialist with the Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA), Dr. Massoodnia is also an active member of the American Academy of Audiology, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and the Association for Research in Otolaryngology (ARO).
