His commitment to research was further demonstrated during his tenure as a research assistant in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Texas Children’s Hospital from 2016 to 2018. In 2023, he enhanced his expertise by completing a fellowship in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation at Duke University.

Dr. Arvind’s early career is distinguished by observerships and externships at prestigious institutions, including Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, Rady Children’s Hospital, Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Mississippi State Hospital, and the University of Texas Medical Branch, which helped shape his broad clinical expertise. His professional roles included compassionate care as a psychiatrist at Lone Star Circle of Care in Houston and as a relief psychiatrist at the NeuroPsychiatric Center, demonstrating his commitment to patient wellbeing across various settings. 

Dr. Arvind is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychiatric Association, the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the Harris County Medical Society, and the Indian Doctors Association. He attributes his success to the positive feedback he receives from patients and his ability to listen to his instincts.
