Selanie is an ANCC board-certified family nurse practitioner with decades of experience in caring for individuals and families. She works at Bear Lake Community Health Center – Montpelier Clinic in Idaho.
With a love for children, she is a pediatric specialist, having spent greater than 20 years as a pediatric trauma nurse practitioner. She is also specialty credentialed to perform medically assisted suboxone detox for opioid addiction and pain management, and specializes in IV therapy and trauma therapy.

A Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) holds board certification and provides continuing and comprehensive healthcare for the individual and family across all ages, genders, diseases, and body systems. FNPs maintain patient records, perform physical exams, order or perform diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, develop treatment plans, as well as treat acute and chronic illnesses, conditions, and injuries that fall under primary care.
Outside of work, Selanie enjoys skiing every chance she gets and spending time with her 6 dogs, 12 horses, and 11 grandchildren.
