With a broad educational background, Dr. Balasubramanian earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery Degree from Thanjavur Medical College in India in 2011. Subsequently, he relocated to the United States, pursuing his residency in Internal medicine at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago from 2015 to 2018.
Building upon his foundation, Dr. Balasubramanian attained his Master of Science Degree in Clinical Investigations/Research from Northwestern University in 2020.
An authority in his field, the doctor is board certified in both Cardiovascular disease and Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
