Sharon graduated with her Associates Degree from the Community College of Rhode Island in 1989 as well as becoming a registered Respiratory Therapist, giving her over three decades of experience in her field. Additionally she holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program. To stay up to date in her field she remains a professional member of the The National Board for Respiratory Care, and the American Association for Respiratory Care.
Sharon currently practices with UMass Memorial Medical Center. Growing up, her mom had breathing problems and it sparked her interest in respiratory care. She has a genuine desire to help people. When not working she enjoys Camping, and is a Hockey- Season Ticket Holder for the Providence Bruins.
