Dr. Ashraf is also the CEO of American Health Central, a medical and dental billing company that leverages AI to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency. Under his leadership, the team helps clinics receive timely payments from insurance companies and offers comprehensive accounts receivable management upon request.
Dr. Ashraf graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degree from Aga Khan University Medical College in 2005 and has since completed extensive training, including an internship and residency in anesthesia at The Aga Khan University Hospital, followed by a residency in internal medicine and fellowship in nephrology at UConn. His dedication and proficiency earned him the esteemed Best Fellow Award in 2015. As a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Ashraf is board-certified in both internal medicine and nephrology.
