Throughout the years, she immersed herself in every facet of the dental office, from hands-on clinical work to the intricacies of front-office management. Pertaining to her educational pursuits, she graduated from the Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) program in 2010, obtaining essential certifications in CRT, CPR, OSHA, and HIPPA. Her dedication to professional development led her to pursue additional certifications, including becoming a Certified Phlebotomy Technician I (CPT1) in 2014. This diverse skill set, coupled with her management training from the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) in 2019, positioned her as a leader in the field.
In 2022, Shelbey further expanded her expertise by earning a certification in Medical Billing and Coding from Sierra College.
