Specialist Academic Neonatologist, Nicole Rouvinez Bouali, MD, MM, will be Noted in FindaTopDoc

Dr. Nicole Rouvinez Bouali  is an established Academic Neonatologist who continues to provide exceptional care and support to her patients within Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario and the Ottawa Hospital, University of Ottawa in Ontario. Featuring three decades of experience in her field, she has a special expertise in neonatology, medical education, international health, and clinical research.

Dr. Bouali’s career in neonatologist began in 1988, when she graduated with her Medical Degree from the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. Thereafter, she completed her internship in Pediatric Specialty Training at the University of Lausanne.  To continue her education and training she continued on with a Fellowship in Neonatology at the University of Lausanne, followed by a Fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care at the University of Lausanne and Toronto. She is determined to enhance her patients’ quality of life, providing high quality, individualized care in order to ensure the most optimal results. She is deeply involved in clinical education to reduce neonatal mortality in low-resource countries.

To keep current with the new developments and technology in her field, Dr. Bouali remains a member of the The Canadian Pediatric Society, the Canadian Neonatal Network and Global Development Alliances. She has dedicated her life to delivering quality and compassionate care, and attributes her success to luck and perseverance.
