Specialist Nurse Educator and Nurse Leader, Nicole A. Graham DNP, BS, RN will be Noted in FindaTopDoc Newark, New Jersey

FindaTopDoc is pleased to welcome Nicole A. Graham DNP, BS, RN to their prestigious organization with her upcoming publication in the FindaTopDoc. Dr. Graham is an established Nurse Educator and Nurse Leader who continues to provide exceptional care and support to her patients within Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in Englewood, New Jersey. Featuring over 20 years of experience in her field, she has expertise in the specialty areas of nursing education, nursing leadership and maternal child health.

Dr. Graham’s career in nursing began in 1998 when she graduated with her Nursing Diploma from Mountainside Hospital School of Nursing in Montclair New Jersey. Her drive and perseverance earned her the distinguished Sarah M. Connelly Award upon graduation. This award is given to a student who exhibits and demonstrates consistent progress in theory development and its application to clinical practice.

An advocate for pursuing further education, Dr. Graham went on to earn her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hartford in 2004, followed by her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from University of Phoenix in 2011 and Master of Science Degree in Nursing from University of Phoenix in 2012. Dr. Graham is most proud of her personal as well as professional achievement of earning a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Executive Leadership in 2015 from Felician University. This was Felician University’s first doctoral program and Dr. Graham was one of six students to graduate from their first cohort.

An inductee of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and Vice-President of her Chapter, Dr. Graham is committed to staying current with the newest developments and Evidence-Based Practice (EBP). Dr. Graham is an active member of several professional nursing organizations, which include Black Nurses Rock New Jersey Chapter as the Vice-President and Chapter Treasurer; member of the American Nurses Association; New Jersey State Nurses Association; Institute for Healthcare Improvement; Association for Nursing Professional Development and the National Association for Healthcare Quality.

Dr. Graham has dedicated her life to delivering the highest standard of quality and compassionate care to her patients, and strives to provide the best health care outcomes possible. With a passion for her work, Dr. Graham attributes her success to her parents for instilling in her the importance of education and being a leader. As an only child, furthering her education beyond high school was not an option. Dr. Graham’s drive and motivation touches those she encounters and inspires them to want to further their education. When Dr. Graham is not working, she enjoys spending time with her children, family and friends, watches a wide array sports, and traveling. Dr. Graham is most proud and fulfilled with the community volunteer work she does throughout the state of New Jersey.
