Driven to further his expertise and knowledge, he undertook his fellowship in Cosmetic Plastic Surgery at the Tenet Healthcare and then at the University of Pennsylvania.
To keep current with the new developments and technology in his field, Dr. Shahar remains a distinguished member of the American Medical Association, American College of Surgeons, American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, International College of Surgeons, and New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons.
