With vascular and interventional radiology, the simplest way of putting it is that we use imaging to offer very minimally invasive treatments to treat ailments such as cancer and arterial disease with very small incisions, so we can get you back on the road to a quick recovery.”, says Dr. Madassery about his work as an interventional radiologist.

After earning his medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in 2009, Dr. Madassery completed a transitional internship (2009-2010) and a diagnostic radiology residency (2010-2013) at Rush University Medical Center, where he remained for a Vascular & Interventional Radiology fellowship (2013-2014).
