After completing his internship at the St. Clare Hospital & Health Center, he went on to complete his residency in internal medicine at the New York Medical College in 1999, and his fellowship in gastroenterology at the SUNY at Stony Brook Hospital in 2002.
A Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology (FACG), the doctor is board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine, which is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease in adults.
