Dr. Dietz is a board-certified emergency physician & aesthetics/regenerative medicine physician helping individuals to age gracefully and feel beautiful.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, she opened her own concierge practice – Ritz XV – in Austin, Texas in 2017, performing concierge-style aesthetic treatments and regenerative medicine procedures in a comfortable and convenient setting. There, she specializes in a wide range of medical-grade cosmetic procedures and regenerative health techniques, including Botox injections, chemical peels, fillers, microneedling, and laser treatments.
Among her other roles, she is the Medical Director of a Freestanding Emergency Room, which she helped open in September of 2022, at Austin Emergency Center.
Having drawn inspiration from the example of the late Dr. Noelle Rotundo, a physician she met while working as a technician in the emergency room, Dr. Dietz was encouraged to pursue a career in medicine. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from Ursinus College in 1998, she received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005.
She followed with an osteopathic internship at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg from 2005 to 2006, and a residency in emergency medicine at Lehigh Valley Hospital from 2006 to 2009. Thereupon, Dr. Dietz performed an international trauma rotation with Tygerberg Hospital in Parow, South Africa in 2008 and served as a chief resident in her final year of residency from 2008 to 2009.
Drawing on years of professional expertise, the doctor is board-certified in emergency medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine (AOBEM). The AOBEM is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of acutely ill patients with advanced cardiac life support, trauma, and the management of other life-threatening medical issues (emergency physicians).
Among her professional affiliations, Dr. Dietz is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Emergency Physicians, the Texas Medical Association, and the American Med Spa Association.
Emergency medicine, also known as accident and emergency medicine, is the medical specialty concerned with the care of illnesses or injuries requiring immediate medical attention. An emergency physician is a physician who works at an emergency department to care for acutely ill or injured patients. They care for unscheduled and undifferentiated patients of all ages.
For her dedication, achievements, and leadership in emergency care and aesthetic treatments, Dr. Dietz has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Doctors. She attributes her success to her parents who were great role models to her and instilled in her the value of good work ethics and drive.
Her mother was also a nurse, so Dr. Dietz was exposed to medicine at a young age, especially when her grandmother got sick and she and her sisters took turns taking care of her. She considers her career highlight to be venturing out and becoming an entrepreneur as well as getting her team through the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the coming years, Dr. Dietz would like to expand her business and partner with other physicians. Her goal is simply to help guide other doctors to find avenues of revenue so that they can support themselves and support their families without burnout. She would also like to be more financially free so she can be more available for her family.
Outside of practicing medicine, she enjoys running (including triathlons), cycling, as well as doing Yoga, pilates, Barre. Her favorite place to vacation is in Costa Rica.
