Teresa Quinn, RN, BSN, CCP, a seasoned patient care manager with over two decades of experience in both hospital and home health care, is making significant strides in the Philadelphia area as a Nurse Case Manager with Jefferson at Home by BAYADA. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hahnemann University, Teresa’s nursing journey began at the renowned MOSS Rehabilitation Center, where she specialized in brain and spinal cord injuries from 1996 to 1998. She then honed her skills as an emergency trauma and neonatal intensive care nurse at Hospital Albert Einstein until 2005.
