After obtaining her Medical Degree Dr. Melocoton completed her pediatrics at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Wanting to further her training she completed her Pediatric Nephrology fellowship with the UCLA Medical Center. She is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
