Among his professional affiliations include the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Illinois Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, and the Illinois Pediatric Dental Society (where he served as a board member).
Pediatric dentistry is the branch of dentistry dealing with children from birth through adolescence. Pediatric dentists specialize in oral care for infants, toddlers, children, and teenagers. They are trained to handle: treatment of children under anesthesia and sedation, as well as treatment of medically compromised children and adolescents.
Throughout his line of work, Dr. Resnick has been named the Top Pediatric Dentist in the Chicago area in Chicago magazine’s only survey in November 2009, and a “Top Doc” from 2008 – 2017. He has also been listed as the pediatric dentist most often referred to by other dentists in Chicago Consumers’ Checkbook (2017).
Happily married, Dr. Resnick and his wife, Barbara, have two sons, three grandsons, and two granddaughters. He enjoys biking, traveling, and playing golf in his free time.
Interested in all sports, he balances the Chicago baseball interest in the office by being a lifelong White Sox fan.
