Seeing adults and geriatrics, Dr. Lewis is a board-certified internist who served at Baptist for 15 years as faculty both teaching residents and caring for patients before joining Camellia Medical Group in Birmingham, Alabama.

Thereafter, she attained board certification in internal medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM). The ABIM is a physician-led, non-profit, independent evaluation organization driven by doctors who want to achieve higher standards for better care in a rapidly changing world.
Licensed to practice medicine in Alabama, Dr. Lewis is affiliated with the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital, Grandview Medical Center-Birmingham, Princeton Baptist Medical Center, Southeast Health Medical Center, and Vaughan Regional Medical Center.
As for her faculty appointment, she serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Marnix E. Heersink School of Medicine.
Continuously advancing her efforts, Dr. Lewis is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP).
