A 2013 graduate of the Loma Linda University School of Medicine, Dr. Jeider went on to complete his residency in general psychiatry at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana through Louisiana State University. From there, he relocated to Las Vegas, where he completed his fellowship in child & adolescent psychiatry at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) School of Medicine.
During his time at UNLV, he served as the Fellowship’s Chief Fellow. Since completing his training, he has been serving the Las Vegas community in a number of roles, including serving patients at Nevada Mental Health. Additionally, among his current collaborations, he remains affiliated with Healthy Minds, the UNLV School of Medicine Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship, the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at the UNLV School of Medicine, the Clark County Children’s Mental Health Consortium, and the Nevada Partnership Counsel for Integrated Care.
The doctor is board-certified in general psychiatry and child & adolescent psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, which is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to promoting high quality patient care for the public through the initial and continuing certification of psychiatrists and neurologists. He is also a member of the Nevada Psychiatric Association, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
