Toni is an adult nurse practitioner who has been in practice for over 52 years. She is currently serving patients at Fayette C.A.R.E. Clinic, located in Fayetteville, Georgia. Fayette C.A.R.E. Clinic opened its doors on May 1, 2005. Providing only medical care and open only one evening each week, the clinic began serving the uninsured and lower-income residents in the community. Since that time, the Fayette C.A.R.E. Clinic have expanded their services, increased their hours of operation, hired more staff, as well as developed relationships with more volunteers and community partners. As a result, they are able to help much more of the underserved population in Fayette County.

Toni is also affiliated with Georgia Charitable Care Network, whose mission is to foster collaborative partnerships to deliver compassionate health care to low income Georgians.

Toni received her nursing degree from the Westchester School of Nursing in 1967. Thereafter, she went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Western Connecticut State University in 1984, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing at the same university in 1995.

Toni is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). With more than 97,000 members, the AANP is a community of individuals and organizations who are united by their commitment to provide exceptional patient care.

Toni is the former President for the New York State Occupational Health Nurses Association.

When asked what motivates her at the start of each day, Toni stated that it is the feeling of knowing she can do good by her patients and make a difference.

Toni attributes her success to her good attitude, strong faith, love for people, and warm personality. She believes that nursing is her calling. Her uncle was an anesthesiologist who she really looked up to.

Toni is a married woman. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family, especially her seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

An adult nurse practitioner (ANP), like Toni, focuses on the primary care of adults (ages 12 and over). The main roles of ANPs focus on preventive care involving health promotion and disease prevention, as well as the management of patients with acute and chronic health issues.
