East Greenwich, Rhode Island – Tony Rodrigues, a dedicated healthcare professional and military service member, has built an impressive career that reflects his unwavering commitment to education, leadership, and patient care. Beginning his educational journey at the Community College of Rhode Island, Tony earned his Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) training from 2001 to 2003. He later advanced his education by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2021.

Currently serving as a part-time member of the U.S. Army Reserve Medical Corps, he holds the rank of First Sergeant (E8) since September 2022, his military occupation specialty (MOS) is 68C, 68M, and 42A; as well as the senior advisor for the field hospital, showcasing his leadership within the military.
In addition to his military service, Tony has been an invaluable member of Rhode Island Hospital/ Brown University Health since September 2003, where he has accumulated over two decades of experience as a Cardiovascular Technologist. His passion for patient care continues with his role as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Saint Elizabeth Community, where he has been providing compassionate care part-time since March 2023.
Through these diverse roles, Tony has developed a wealth of skills and experience, demonstrating a lifelong commitment to healthcare, service, and personal growth. His involvement in professional societies, such as the National Cardiovascular Data Registry (NCDR) CathPCI Registry, underscores his dedication to improving quality care in cardiac procedures across more than 900 hospital centers in the United States.
