Dr. Tylor was educated at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and completed a general surgery internship and otolaryngology residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. In addition, she was fellowship trained in pediatric otolaryngology at the Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego, affiliated with the University of California San Diego. She was an assistant professor of Otolaryngology at Vanderbilt University, in Nashville, Tennessee until 2013. Thereafter she spent almost 5 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, treating patients at the Washington Hospital Health System, in Fremont, California. Dr. Tylor is a professional member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology, and the Society of ENT Advances in Children, which allows her to stay current in her field. She also has completed a Master of Public Health from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom.
She attributes her successful medical career to her drive to be on the forefront of ENT care and love of improving the quality of life of her patients. She aims to understand the unique aspects of each of her patients to be able to offer individualized and thoughtful treatment plans. When she is not assisting patients, she enjoys marathoning, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
