She then pursued her internal medicine residency at Ingham Regional Medical Center in Lansing, MI (2008 – 2011), followed by her fellowship in nephrology conducted at McLaren Greater Lansing in Lansing, MI (2011 – 2013).
Subsequent to his education, Dr. Nguyen-Le attained board certification in internal medicine (2011) and nephrology (2013) through the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. The American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine is an organization that provides board certification to qualified Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who specialize in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of disease in adults.
Nephrology is a specialty of adult internal medicine and pediatric medicine that concerns the study of the kidneys, specifically normal kidney function and kidney disease, the preservation of kidney health, and the treatment of kidney disease, from diet and medication to renal replacement therapy.
