An excellent dentist, Dr. Shah is affiliated with Ascent Dental Care, seeing patients at their offices in Longmeadow and East Longmeadow, Massachusetts.

With a broad educational background, he graduated from the Bharati Vidyapeeth University Dental College and Hospital in Pune, India. Upon relocating to the United States, he completed a 3-year advanced placement program from New York University College of Dentistry with Honors in Implant Dentistry and Public Health Policies.
In order to remain up to date in his field, Dr. Shah is an active member of the American Dental Associations, the Advanced General Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontists, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Valley Dental Society, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Throughout his career, he has continued his training by attending numerous hands-on programs and exams after his graduation which allowed him to receive his Fellowship by the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontists and A Qualified dentist status by the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM). He is one of the 5 dentists in western Massachusetts to be qualified to make sleep apnea appliances by AADSM standards.
Dentistry, also known as Dental and Oral Medicine, is a branch of medicine that consists of the study, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases, disorders, and conditions of the oral cavity. Dentists diagnose and treat dental issues and help patients develop better oral hygiene regimens. They clean teeth, correct bite issues, perform surgeries and extractions, and perform other duties to ensure that the teeth and mouth are healthy.
In his spare time, Dr. Shah enjoys playing tennis, skiing, traveling and trying various cuisines. He also has a love for football, basketball, and cricket.
